We are asking you to commission something that does not exist yet, from people you have probably not met. The least we can do is tell you exactly how it runs before you get in touch.
- 01 Enquiry
You tell us what you have in mind — a photograph, a sketch, a room, or just a rough idea. Nothing needs to be resolved yet.
- 02 Consultation
We talk through the requirement: dimensions, materials, finish, quantity, where it will live and what it has to do.
- 03 Quotation
A written quotation against what was discussed. If something in it can be done more sensibly or more cheaply, we will say so.
- 04 Confirmation
A 25% advance confirms the order and books production time. We state this openly because you should know it before you enquire, not after.
- 05 Making
The piece is built. For larger interior work, components are made as panels to be assembled on site.
- 06 Quality & completion
Checked before it leaves us, and completed within the timeline agreed at quotation.
- 07 Delivery & installation
Our own team handles delivery and installation or assembly where it applies. Delivery and installation costs are borne by the customer and are quoted separately, so they are visible rather than buried in the price.
- 08 Final payment
The balance is paid on delivery or completion.
What you pay, and when.

- Delivery Delivery costs are borne by the customer and quoted separately from the piece, so you can see them rather than find them folded into the price.
- Installation Installation and assembly, where the work needs it, are also charged to the customer and quoted separately. Our own team carries it out.
- Quotation Written, against what was actually discussed. If part of it can be done more simply or for less, we will tell you at this stage rather than after.
Lead times are not published yet. They vary too much by piece and by season for a single number to be honest, and a guessed one becomes a promise. Ask during the consultation and you will get a real answer for your specific job.

A picture of anything
A photograph, a screenshot, a saved image, a rough sketch on paper. This is the single most useful thing you can send.
The room
A photograph of where it will go, and a rough measurement of the space it has to fit into. Exact dimensions can come later.
What it is for
Who uses it, how often, and what it has to put up with. This changes the construction more than the appearance does.
